24 March 2020 • Slow Clay Studio Practice Program

I have been looking for a drawing course that adds another dimension to my sculptural work. The drawing course by Sarah Tomasetti at Slow Clay does just this. For me it has been the exploration of the material, and less focus on the end product of the work. It may be that this drawing will change the way I journal ideas, or the works may be part of an installation speaking to objects, or part of a series, a work in themselves, the opportunities are endless. Thank you Sarah and Jane for this opportunity.

I have studied art & design ( ceramics) in the past & wanted to refresh my skills but I gained so much more Japanese throwing technique follows ergonomic methods to minimise wear & tear on the body & efficient practice to minimise waste so also mindful of the environment Class numbers are small so teachers could give us personalised attention where needed Highly recommend
